Do you clear snow during overnight storms?

Service timing depends on conditions and service type. Some properties are cleared after accumulation ends, while others are serviced during extended snowfall events.

Is snow removal available for rental properties?

Yes. We work with landlords and property managers to help keep rental properties accessible during winter.

Do you damage interlock or concrete during snow removal?

We use surface-aware methods and equipment to reduce risk. Proper technique matters, especially on interlock and decorative surfaces.

Can I combine snow removal with other services?

Yes. Many clients book snow removal for winter and exterior cleaning or wash + poly services for warmer seasons.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Seasonal plans are available, but per-visit service may also be an option depending on route availability.

Cleanium Maintenance – Business Policy

Service Area

Cleanium Maintenance provides services primarily within Toronto and select surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, and scheduling capacity.


Estimates & Quotes

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client, including property size, surface condition, access points, and photos when available.

Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if site conditions differ from what was originally disclosed.

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins whenever possible.


Scheduling & Service Timing

Service times are estimates and not guaranteed arrival times.

Snow removal timing depends on snowfall intensity, weather conditions, road safety, and service routes.

During heavy or ongoing storms, service may occur after snowfall ends or at designated intervals based on the service plan.


Weather-Dependent Services

Many services, including snow removal, power washing, and wash + poly applications, are weather-dependent. Cleanium Maintenance reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions to ensure quality results and safety.


Snow Removal Policy

Snow removal services may be offered as seasonal plans or per-visit service, depending on availability.

Seasonal service does not guarantee immediate clearing at a specific time but ensures consistent service throughout the winter.

De-icing and salting services are available as add-ons and applied to designated areas only.

Cleanium Maintenance is not responsible for slip-and-fall incidents that occur before or after service completion, especially during ongoing weather events or refreezing conditions.


Property Access & Preparation

Clients are responsible for:

Providing clear access to the property on scheduled service days

Removing vehicles, obstacles, or personal items from service areas

Clearly marking fragile items, low curbs, decorative borders, or underground hazards

Cleanium Maintenance is not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden items.


Surface Care & Liability

We use professional, surface-aware techniques to minimize risk to interlock, pavers, concrete, and landscaping.

Natural wear, pre-existing damage, or surface deterioration may become more visible after cleaning and is not the responsibility of Cleanium Maintenance.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor installation, or aging materials.


Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension or cancellation of future bookings.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee, especially during peak winter service periods.

Cleanium Maintenance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues.


Satisfaction & Concerns

If you have concerns about completed work, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can review and address the issue where appropriate. Our goal is professional service and clear communication on every job.
